Default The New Guy

Just wanted to say hello to everyone and I'm about to get an XK Coupe, I'm negotiating with the dealer and should have the final numbers by Monday.

So no, my Avatar is NOT mine but will look identical to it but in White.

Nice meeting everyone and if anyone reading this and would happen to know off the top of their head what size tires it takes to fit 22's on a XK would be great!

I know this is only for intoduction but I'll be late for work if I have to post a new thread about tire sizing and I won't be able to buy a new XK with NO job so thanks in advance!

Anthony

ohanthony, welcome to the forum. Don't know the tire size but I'm sure you'll get your answer shortly. Hope all goes well with the transaction to get the XK. I know you'll enjoy your new car.

Nevette,
Thanks for being the first to reply and say hello! I spent the entire weekend on the forum because I can't wait to get my XK! I'm thinking I may go with 20's though? 22's are like rubberbands, I have 24's on my 300C and 26's on my Tahoe LTZ.
I really don't want to lose the ride with the 22's. I love GhostriderXKR08's car with the 20's but I dont want to lower it at all.

If your interested in seeing my other 2 cars fully customized you can see them at YouTube - New Whip 08' Tahoe on 26's you can see the 300C in the background.

And a burnout with the 300C with 24's full Police Package and more...
YouTube - Chrysler 300C Smokin' 24's

I'd add pictures but I'm new and I dont know how to add them yet.

Here's the 300C setup New 24's @ Chicago DUB Show - Chrysler 300C Forum: 300C & SRT8 Forums

Thanks Richard, for some reason I just can't leave anything alone? I like to be different and have something that I designed. It will be tastefully done though.
Cheers

ohanthony,

Your Tahoe is BAD!!! Looks like something from West Coast Customs.

Love it.

I think 20"s would be fine and fill the wheel well nicely without lowering at all.

Also, good to see another west coast addition on the forum.

Hello and welcome to jaguarforums.com. I know that you are anxious to get started and we are anxious to meet you and talk about your car. We have a baseline / criteria that must be met before full access can be granted. Please enjoy the forum and be patient once the baseline has been satisfied full access will be granted. Please continue to post and accept my welcome to the forum.

Oh one other thing when you get the car you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.
