Question The new guy

I just joined and I amglad to be here. I built a custom 66 Jag MK X back in 1995 which I still have. It has a big block (468 ci) and a lot of custom work on the body and interior. If I can figure out how to post some photos , Iwill.
My new jag project is a 86XJS coupe that is converted into a pickup. It will not start. New 20/50 oil,new battery, with spark good spark at the plug and fuel to the rail but the plugs are dry after several crank overs. What could be the problem

Wow, I want to see pics of the beast!!

Have you checked the pressure at the rail? How about changing the fuel filter?
