Default New guy - R8 vs F-type decisions, decisions

Selling my CTS-V and stepping up to either an R8 or F-Type R.

Quality examples of 2009-2010 R8s or 2015 F-Type Rs going for about $80k.

Different beasts, but both fantastic automobiles.

R8 - that gated shifter

F-Type - the power and the incredible exhaust note.

Decisions .....

Done buying new cars and taking that first depreciation freefall, used is just fine. Anyone else would break a car in easier than me anyway.

Hello, Burt! Long time no see!
I see you've moved! You're probably safer in Portland.

How are things in Perfection? Have they settled down any after all the trouble some years back? I haven't heard anything lately.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum Burt,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the F-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.

Now it's just a matter of making the right choice!

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Welcome.

I am a tad biased, so will say nothing.
