Hey guys! My names Eric and I just recently got a great price on a 2000 Jaguar XKR Coupe. Its got the supercharged V8. This thing is a blast to drive!

I bought it with the intention of selling it to make a profit but it just feels so sweet to ride around in it I might just keep it. My brother owns a small dealership and I went to the big dealer only auto auction and saw this baby there so I couldn't let it pass.

I honestly don't know very much about Jaguars but I know hanging around on forums and getting advice is the best place to go.

Here's the rundown;

-2000 Jaguar XKR Coupe V8 Supercharged
-122k Miles
-Rebuilt title (collision with a culvert, was fixed and rebuilt, no visible damage to car)
-Black on black
-Good tires
-All the usual options
-Leather headliner was removed and is in the trunk.
-Visors are missing
-Suspension fault
-Transmission and engine runs/shift great

I still dont know what I want to do, keep it, sell it, maybe drool on it a bit. Lol. I'll be sticking around the forums and we'll see where it goes from there! If anyone wants to shoot out a number for what this car should sell for I would love to hear it.

Again, hello to everyone!!!

Welcome to the forums. Nice XKR! Beware though, if you keep it any longer you'll develop a romance with it and it will be near impossible to get rid of. These are great, unique, elegant cars with performance to back up the beautiful lines.

Welcome to the forum Eric,

Odds are that you'll keep the XKR for a while. They get you like that!

Follow this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8/XKR section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the US North East Region section by following this link North East US - ME NH VT MA RI CT NJ NY PA - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your region country.

Enjoy the forum.
