I was stationed in England during the 80's with the USAF and always loved the Jaguar cars. Recently I got the opportunity to buy a 2002 X-Type that had been sitting for 10 years. Something about the look drew me in. Plus being a retired aircraft mechanic that used to work on Hawkers, I took it as a challenge. I am looking forward to all the great information on this forum.
Thanks Ric
P.S. No pics of the car yet, too ugly!

Welcome to the forums Ric,
Good to have you with us.
I can see you've already found your way to the X-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Midwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-midwest-39/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham
