New to the Jaguar Family. Bought a 2017 Jaguar XF Premium 35t AWD
Hey everyone, glad to be apart of the Jaguar forums. My name is Andy, live in eastern Iowa. I Bought my 2017 Jaguar XF Premium 35t AWD a few weeks ago. I'm quite impressed as far as the performance!
After car searching for a few months, I came across a Jaguar XF that caught my eyes online. It was at a dealership in Georgia. My old vehicle, (2011 Buick Regal), seemed as if the transmission was about to fail, so I had to make a move fast. I booked a plane ticket to Georgia, told my fiance that I was leaving in the morning to go buy a new car. Ticket was $500.. since it was the week of Thanksgiving. Took a picture of the Atlanta airport and sent it to my fiance, which she was quite shocked. Haha.
Ended up purchasing the Jaguar xf and driving it back to the midwest, which was a 11 hour drive. The handling on the XF was great, along with the performance. Bought it with 11k miles. Only issue that I've had is the AWD not kicking in. The nearest Jaguar dealership is in Peoria, IL, which is a good hour and a half drive. They're fixing it for free, since its covered by the manufacturing warranty.
Hope to keep the miles low, which should be easily done due to only having a 5 mile commute to work each day. I'm glad to be apart of the Jaguar Family. I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

Thanks for the reminder! Added my XF. I'll fine tune the rest here later today. And yeah I was cruising! Lol. My birthday was the 26th of Nov. So I wanted to get home for that. Thanks for the welcoming.
