Hey guys just thought id introduce myself, im James and totally new to Jaguar as I normally drive Honda's or BMW's.
I have put a deposit down on a 1999 XJ8 4.0 short wheel base with 98,000 on the clock, the garage are going to sorting a front suspension /wheel bearing issue which showed up on the test drive but the engine and gearbox are really smooth and it has a folder full of history and receipts.
Hopefully pick the car up up in few days and look forward to learning a lot from this forum.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
