Hi Everyone. I've poked around this site from time to time and its been pretty helpful. My current car is an '02 Lincoln LS V8 silver birch. It's lowered, has a 125 shot of nitrous, sst brake lines, and aftermarket sound system with custom enclosure built into spare tire well. I upgraded to S Type R wheels so I would stop smouldering my 245 45 17 all seasons. I have the parts for limited slip conversion, but have not executed yet, since this is my daily driver. 216,000 on the clock. I created an account because I have interest in some parts listed in the classified section.
Its sad they don't make the LS anymore and even an 06 is getting "old" thanks to the harsh northeast conditions. Same holds true for the S Type- I've always wanted to pick one up but looks like the XF will be the next best thing somewhere down the line.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I really lucked out and a local shop did a great job working out the slight bend out of my Vulcan wheel; the result of an inferior patch job on a pothole. The shop also did a great job not messing up the chrome finish. Tirerack got my new tire to my door 24 hours after I clicked submit. It's nice when things go easy for a change; of course ignoring the pothole issue itself!

Thanks! Been very busy the last couple weeks... my wife delivered my baby boy on father's day! Now that I have somewhat of a routine, I hope to get my Ford jaguar b*stard child fixed while of work the next couple weeks. My wife will appreciate getting the steering rack, control arms, ball joints and wheel bearing off the kitchen floor. Amusingly enough, the control arms have "jaguar" cast right onto them. 215000 miles on it and hoping to make this car last until I can pick up a '10 XFS.
