Default leather lifting off cockpit console

I have a 2010 xkr. The leather trim has bubbled badly and is lifting off the dashboard. I complained to Jaguar and they informed me that it was a 6 year old car and the leather trim bubbling was a result of normal wear and tear. As you will appreciate I had a problem with dashboard trim of a $100,000 + car separating after 6 years of use and 60,000 miles on the clock. Long story short the offered me 25% of a $5,300 bill to repair. Has anyone else dealt with jaguar about this issue. I have learned it's a general problem with these models

I understand your displeasure.
I have been known to glue down loose leather, but I'm kind of stubborn like that.
