Hi all, my name is John, and I am retired from the Air Force and LockHeed Martin Aviation. I just purchased a 2005 XJR, supercharged engine, it is very clean and runs amazingly strong. It is silver in color, with silver like leather interior and has the 20" wheels. The only problem is an intermittent airbag light. I am researching how to fix it. I plan to service the trans, change spark plugs, clean throttle body and Maf sensor and leave it alone.

Hi John, welcome l am new here aswell just bought my silver xj8 a week ago. I feel like a kid at Christmas lol. Like you l am retired, l intend doing my own maintenance as the car was bought as a hobby. I thought my cars gearbox was seal for life yours must be diffrent. Goodluck with the Jaguar adventure.
