Getting my 2014 XK convertible delivered on Wednesday. Probably 50 years since my last British ride, an MGB. Looking forward to the fun, but not the maintenance.

Welcome to the forums sailfish,

I had an MGB followed by an MGB GT around fifty years ago. Those two 6 volt linked batteries caused a lot of trouble as I recall. By a strange coincidence, you'll find the battery needs careful attention on the X150 too.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/ to the X150 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. I can see you've posted in US Northeast Atlantic Region You can also use the US Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...r-atlantic-66/ to find members in your other region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
