Hello,
Just to introduce myself and my new project. I found a 58 Mark VIII exactly one year ago that needed some extensive TLC. I am in the process of a body off restoration and it certainly has been challenging.
I am doing most of the work myself and I have found it is very easy to take something apart and a good camera and lots of baggies are a necessity.

I estimate another two years to completion so I believe I am pacing myself.
My experience so far is that there aren't too many individuals that have had much to do with these cars but if there is anyone out there I look forward to future discussions.

Nice project that you are undertaking!! Does "extensive TLC" and " "body off restoration" belong in the same sentence . My idea of extensive TLC is pulling the wheels off and cleaning/painting the calipers.
