Hi, my name is Rick and I live in Gulfport, MS. From 2001-2004 I leased the Jaguar S and fell in love with the car. When I left my job in 2004 I had to give up the car and wandered aimlessly until 2010 when my wife encouraged me to look for a used S. I did not like the acceleration in my first S and was a little more satisfied with my second. I started looking at the V-8 model and then drove an S-Type R. When the R came out I only dreamed of owning one but in 2010 I found a 2006 Type R with only 25,000 miles on it and I made it mine. The acceleration issue is gone. I am looking forward to learning more about Jaguar and sharing information.

 

Welcome. Lots of information here. I'm a first time owner and I love my Jaguar. My wife permits me to drive it sometimes. :-)
