Picked up a 1999 XJ8 L from a guy in Wisconsin about a month ago. I've started some cosmetic fix-ups and a few maintenance items as I get familiar with my first Jaguar (It's my wife's, but I'm falling for it as I get to know it.
I changed out the door handle gaskets which were severely dry rot and now all of the annoying door hang-ups are suddenly gone and it opens/closes perfectly. A brake flush tonight to get rid of the extremely soft pedal, helped along by some tips from the Forum to get the air out of the front bleeders.

Welcome to the forums bsantelik,

Great colour. Looks similar to a Solent Blue Jaguar XJ40 I had but I haven't seen a similar paint shade on an X308 before.
