New member from Colorado
Hey all,
I've always admired the look of jags, and I just recently bought a 1999 XJR from a family member. There's some stuff I've been trying to fix on it, so I've been searching these forums the past few weeks, and I finally decided to register. I didn't grow up in a family that did car maintenance themselves, but I am trying to learn now to save some $$$ on work with this car. I'm out in Colorado right now and it's just my wife, myself, and our two dogs. Cheers!

The only sensible way to run an older Jaguar is DiY or the bills can be frightening. I can see you've already found your way to the X308 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
