I bought this 2007 XJ8 L earlier this week and absolutely love it. It only has 38k miles.
Already, though, the nav unit MUST go as it is quite outdated. I'm specifically looking for help with how to do this. Ideally, I would like to install a double-din aftermarket NAV unit and retrofitting a climate control unit from a non-nav model.
I appreciate your expertise and look forward to learning more in this forum and experience and sharing what I learn.
Thank you! The replacement Marine Corps veteran plate frame is on the way, but for convenience I will replace it when my permanent fire dept tags are in my possession.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
