Thank you all for a great forum!!

I bought my first Jaguar five years ago, a 1987 XJS V-12, and love to drive this kitten.

Yesterday, I found a 1987 pristine xj6, but to my surprise it was converted to a chevy 350... the price was right so it made a new home next to the XJS.

Jaguars are highly addictive!

Welcome to the forum mltube1969,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

(I've moved your post from the end of Tedmo's Intro to a new Intro thread of your own)

Is your 1987 XJ6 a Series III or an XJ40? Both were badged 'XJ6' and in production that year.

Follow this link XJS - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XJS forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US MidWest Region forum by following this link Mid West US - IL IN IA MI MN MO OH WI - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.
