New member in Fort Worth, TX!
Hello:
My name is Charles Fleming; I'm 66 yrs. old and a "new" Jaguar owner! I live in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, and it's cold outside today! I bought my 1999 XK8 convertible on Feb. 16th; only had 22600 miles, and it's red with a black top and black interior, 4.0 engine. I've been using the forums here to chase down a few electrical issues, and I've found most of the solutions I needed rather quickly. Hope to keep this kitty for years to come! Thanks for letting me join, and for all the great info.!

Welcome neighbor. Just in time, one of my favorite events is coming up...
British and European Car Show, Dreyfuss Club Point, White Rock Lake - Sunday, May 1st
I usually hit one local car show a month with a non-Jaguar classic but this show is great because its not the usual array of Camaros, Chevelles and Mustangs. Lots of "probably the only one in North America" kind of stuff. I don't have a Jaguar show car tho, just my current and former daily driver sedans. But its a long walk from spectator parking to the show field so I use it as an excuse to polish up the old XJ8 and park with the Jaguar club.
