I live in a small village in Wiltshire in the southwest of the UK. I've had my all black dynamic XKR for just over a year and I came across this forum whilst searching for information on removing a door card. She has developed a slight, but annoying rattle when going over bumps... (of which there are many on our aging UK country roads)
Anyway I've had a quick look around and like what I see, so thought I join-up and say hello - HELLO!
If the "annoying rattle" is a tinny sound, check the exhaust heatshields haven't broke away at the fixing bolts. I replaced two centres and one rear heatshield on my 2007 XK.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

the rattle is definitely coming from inside the door, behind the door card. Sounds like something is loose or vibrating against something. It’s not loud, but annoying nether the less

Don't understand why my signature isn't showing? I've entered it on the CP and uploaded a picture, it shows as a preview, but not on a post - any ideas?
