Hiya Maynard, from the great (not so) white north. Very early spring up here, it's warmer in Montreal right now than Houston!

Thanks for the welcome Mikey. My neighbor has a home in Montreal. It has been a warm winter here also. I am actually spending this week in New Orleans on business.
