After owning about 18 cars throughout my life I decided after seeing/driving an XKR that I needed to own one. Coming out of an M5 and 911, this car has such a sophisticated style with great performance that my wife was even pushing me to get one. So, having been on the M5 & P-Car forums for years, joining here made sense. There is more information on the forums than you could ever find just searching the internet, so i'm looking forward to reading and learning about Jaguars. I'll try to search about anything I can think of and try not to ask things that have been addressed, but make no promises.......

Welcome to the forum Mark,
Not often I'd advocate anyone caving in to their wife's demands without a fight but this is one where you should offer no resistance and go for the XKR.
For the current model follow this link XK / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to 2006 onwards. For the earlier model, this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum for pre-2006 models.
Plenty of help and information available in both but ask any questions.
Enjoy the search.
