Hey,

I have only been a user for a short time. My wife has a 1996 XJS v6 that is her baby which means it is mine to keep perfect.

This forum is very helpful and has already taught me a bunch. We live in Michigan and have a number of different cars so we are "car people". The Jag does not see the road a lot it has less than 25k miles on it and has never been wet other than to wash it.

The car only gets driven on very nice days and is babied the rest of the time. We do the maintenance based on time and make sure that car is always as close to new as it can be. Currently we are dealing with a sprayer replacement for the driver side headlight that was broken when the cover was damaged and took the sprayer with it.

Thanks to forum I found out that this part is impossible to find so I am working on a replacement using a 3D printer.

Thanks for the help, hope I can be of help based on my experience with our little baby.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
