New member Intro
Hello,
I am new to this Group, I have a 2004 Vanden Plas with 120,000 miles. New to Jaguar, but not to working on cars. Last long-term repair project was a 1995 BMW 740il. Got rid of it and found this Jag. Been wanting a Jag for many years and finally found the Vanden Plas and I love it. Having some issues that I hope you-all will be able to help me with. Currently having the dreaded Air Suspension Failure, also had an issue with the cruse control. We'll get to that later I hope.
Bear with me as I learn how to post and respond on this Forum.

Thanks guys! I'm a newbie to forums, but not cars. Yes I know my Jag is the X350, been "lurking" on this website for a couple of years. Bought my Jag about 2 years ago and haven't had any problems until recently. Used the information on the forum to order a relay and the compressor rebuild kit. Just waiting for the parts to arrive and hopefully that will solve my problem!
I've been looking for a good clean Jag sedan for many years, and lucked up on mine. I think the XJ8 series are the best-looking cars ever!! Was looking for an XJR, but after seeing this Vanden Plas, well I couldn't resist.

Sadly we won't see their like again. The later model has little to distinguish it as a Jaguar and the manufacturer is determined to go "hybrid" or "all electric" with the next XJ.
