Hi Folks,
Tonight I will buy my 4th Jaguar, XJ8 350 3.5l. After owning a Mk2 (1964), XJ6 (1985) and a XJ40 (1992) I changed to BMW for more reliability and most of all less rust. After several years of 5 series, and until now a 735i e38 (most reliable, very nice car to drive) I take the risk again. Going to buy tonight. 280.000 kms, with a torque converterproblem. That is what I call a challenge. Tough cars can always be repared, I hope I can find help here en share my experiences.
To be repaired!
