In Waleska GA and just became a proud owner of a 2007 XLR convertible black on black with the 4.2 engine. At 107000 on the clock I am expecting some maintenance issues while hoping that they aren't bank busters.
My first car purchased in 1967 was a 1958 MK 1 that I loved, paid $350 for and was not a wise purchase. The body was rusted and if I drove it for 1,000 miles it would have been a lot.
I've been jonesing for the top down experience since selling my '92 Miata in 2015. That car was my baby and I did a lot of maintenance on it myself. Just as it became uncomfortable to drive due to age and stiff joints, I fear that my wrenching days are at a wane also.
I'll be searching the forum for diagnostics and tips, probably have a lot of questions also.
Thanks for having me!
