New member here. I recently purchased a 2000 XJ8 that is not running. Previous owner tried a bunch of stuff to diagnose the fuel system and ignition system. Car will run with starting fluid. For the price I paid, I can afford to spend a little bit to figure this out. Other than the non-running, the car is in good shape. Timing chains let go about 10K miles ago and the previous owner spent $6000 on repair including rebuilt heads. Exterior is a 7/10. Interior a 8/10.
