That's pretty cool.

Can you give us a few details about the car? I'd be interested in changes you've made and if any of them might be applied to a street car.....suspension in particular.

Cheers
DD

Welcome to the forum.

Good to see you.

I'm intrigued, taxed and road registered?

Nice to see on the track.

Yes it taxed and road registed.

Regarding mods, its not currently that modified. On the suspention it has standard springs, but uprated and adjustable dampers. The swing arm bushes are custom made (phosphor Bronze) with offset centres to allow the camber to be altered, which has dialed out the understeer on the front somewhat. With the standard bushes it understeered alot.

It currently runs in Class A which means limited mods to engine and bodywork, engine is currently stock 4.0 litre unit and even has the factory airbox on (soon to be altered to a K&N unit though). The exhaust has been altered from the bottom of the manifold back. Powerflow sports cat and stateside Cherryboms on the rear. All extra weight has however been removed. Full interior, carpet, linings heaters, AC unit, stereo everything has gone. Just a steering wheel, 5 speed manual box, dials and wiring loom left!

When i move it up to class B then i can alter the inlet manifolds, remap the ECU, have custom stainless exhaust manifolds, rework the head and fit larger valves and fit high lift cams (if i can find some to suit) but it starts getting a little more expensive then though.
