Hi everybody.
My name is Dave. I live in North Somerset. Semi retired after working for 45 years in the Aerospace industry.
I have never owned a Jaguar before but have just ordered a new XE 2.0 R-Dynamic HSE in Carpathian Grey. I have just had a build date of 20 March confirmed and expect to take delivery probably in the first week of April. Hopefully, the information and advice all you people have will get me up to speed.
I must admit that I did consider the XE a couple of years ago, but was very disappointed with the interior to the point where I didn't even bother to test drive one. Having now reviewed and test driven the facelift 2020 version I must say that I was mighty impressed both in the interior quality and also in the way the car drove, so really looking forward to taking delivery.
Looking forward to participating in these forums.
Thank you

Welcome to the forums Dave,
I agree with you on the 2018 XE. I had one as a courtesy car whilst my XK was in for warranty. It looked like a Jaguar inside but just too much plastic. Good to hear the 2020 has improved.
