Hi All, I'm the proud new owner of a pristine 2002 XK8. I bought the car to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this Summer. I am not a car nut at all but my wife fell in love with a metallic blue Jag many years ago and it seemed like a fun way to celebrate. The car doesn't get out much (Spring is near, though), and I'm having some electrical problems with it, so I'm trying to see what I can learn on the forum. I live in St. Louis, which must be the largest city in the world without a Jaguar dealer. Ours went bankrupt last year. If anyone knows of a reliable mechanic in STL, please let me know. Thanks for reading...

Hello and welcome Miles,

Congratulations to you both on the 25th. Head over to the XK8 section and I'm sure the combined knowledge there will have the electric issues sorted long before the 26th!

Welcome Miles. Come on over to the XK8/XKR section and we can help you. There are lots of great people, not only in the XK8 portion, but in all of the forums.

Try Speer Automotive, they have trained mechanics.

I hope Miles has found one before now. He posted the question in March 2012!
