Default New member w/ 95 XJS Master Cyl problems

I found the forum while looking for info on XJS brake systems. I have my late mother's '95 XJS, and it was her pride and joy. She only had 51,000 miles on the car, but she lived in St Pete, Fl near the coast so the typical issues arise when you're near the water. It is a 6 cly and it runs great. After sitting for 6 months, I got it out the barn, and the first thing I noticed it that the brake pedal went to the floor and no brakes. I could pump the brakes to get brake pressure, so I decided to change out the rotors, calipers and pads - and the suspect bad master cylinder. When i pulled the mast/cyl, the spring plunger came out of the mc. I have never seen a M/C like this one so any info would be appreciated.
I know this is a long intro but info on this forum was very helpful letting me locate brake parts, so i wanted to join so I can reciprocate with any info I may have.
Thanks
