Hi all,

I am new to this forum and will be looking for guidance and some technical support in trying to iron out problems with my wife's 2.0D 2005 X-type if, as or when, they appear.

There is nothing seriously wrong with the car but it does have a couple of things which need to be looked at.

Apologies in advance for some of the stupid questions I might be asking along the way.

Thanks, Gibby Buchan.

Welcome to the forum Gibby,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums. The only stupid questions are the ones you don't ask!

I know you've already found your way to the X-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link UK & Eire - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.
