Tim,
I have deleted your listing from Marketplace and removed the advertising link from your Signature. The rules for advertising on the forum are very simple and the first one is:
1. members with less than a 5 Post count AND registered on the forum for less than 10 Days are not allowed to post in the Marketplace forum.
The primary purpose of the forum is the exchange of information and advice on owning and running Jaguars and the rule is to prevent anyone from registering on the forum only to advertise their vehicle or parts. Marketplace is provided as a free service to bona fide members and is NOT an alternative to Craigslist and vehicle listing websites. This rule is a minor inconvenience to genuine members but has proved very effective in filtering out advertisers.

Hello,
That's a sharp XJS, and do I see an E-type in the background??
You are close! I have web design studio in Ferndale that I a visit a couple of times weekly.
I am selling because I have the car in storage currently and it doesn't get driven as much as it deserves to be. Without it being at my home, I only get to the car a couple times a month to stretch her legs.
It has been serviced by both Square Deal (Great mechanic!) on Gratiot and J&L Downtown when I need a dedicated Jag professional.

i will love to have back a nice Ser. XJ6 as i owned a few of them in the past, still the best riding sedan of it's time! unfortunately i am in the same situation as you i have an E-type that i have to store at my work (my staff hate the fact that they have to work around it..!) my garage at home is a home for my XJS Convertible and my XJ Portfolio, my every day XJ8 is outside (and so is my wife's car) and i also own an old race car that i have in storage in Detroit so unless i find my new home with an 8 car garage i have to pass on your car but i will look around with my Jag. lover friends if someone is intrested
and yes J&L has been around for many years doing fine work on jags. and the only place that comes close is The Auto Doctor in Southfield on Telegraph and 9 mile rd.
I'll be taking my E-type out for the Woodward dream cruise so maybe I'll run in to you with your XJ6..
