New Member XJR 308 (2000)
Hello to all,
I am a fellow jag owner & enthusiast currently residing in Marietta, GA. Below is a pic of my 2000 XJR 308. I received it as a wedding gift from my father 3 years ago. It has treated me well thus far. The mileage is at 140K. The engine is in great shape. The last few updates have been mostly around the suspension. Next major update is to replace carpet/upholstery and upgrade the stereo system (as there is no answer for the Radio Code lock ~ not even from the dealership). There are also some small bugs here or there that seem like the familiar blues that I'm reading around the forum...and thus I'm excited to be joining the community!

Welcome to the forums kinandejon,
You are exceptionally unlucky to have a coded radio in a North American specification Jaguar but I'm surprised a Jaguar Dealer cannot lookup the code for you.
Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xj-xj8-xjr-x308-27/ to the X308 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...r-atlantic-66/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham
