My name is Rus. I'm from Kazakhstan.
Currently I have a 1997 Xk8 convertible.
Before that, there was a Jaguar Daimler 4L (like the Xj40) with square headlights.
My old nic on this forum is Ruslan-aka, registered 4 years ago.
But this was banned for no reason. I wrote 3-4 letters in support, but they still have not answered me.
And because of this, I made a new registration and wrote this message about me.
Thank you for attention.
I'll post pictures of my car later. Just a few days the temperature in my city is above 102 ℉,
and I myself cooked or fried.
Good to have you with us.
I just had a look at your old profile and you are not banned, not sure why you thought so.
Enjoy the forum.
If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

You were NOT banned. Your registration EXPIRED because you did not login to the forum for more than a year. Here is your last post as Ruslan-aka. Status shows Junior Member. If you had been banned it would show Banned:
I can see you have found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Thank you all.
I could not enter the forum with the old nick-name. I could not receive a letter about password recovery. But okay, it's not that important.
A new name, but an old road, where everything is familiar, where there are friends who understand you.
I am very glad to be here with you. Maybe I'll be useful to someone from this common place, being in my Kazakhstan.
Please do not hesistate.
Regards, Rus.
