Hi all. My name is John and reside in Conesus NY. I have recently purchased a 1996 XJ6 for my daughter's first car. Crazy I know but she said she wanted something classy and didn't look like the modern cars. So having zero Jag knowledge I am beginning to work through the gremlins. Current list are, ABS light comes on after about 15mph, no heat or ac, and park doesn't always fully engage, good thing the hand break does work. Tackling the heat first, winter is coming quick.

Hello, John,
I'd say your daughter has her head on straight so far. Most modern cars are ugly, featureless and all from the same cookie cutter, that the only way you know which one is Yours is if it answers the button.
And a Jag as a first car, Well, How much Classier can one get?!
Good Man!
