Hi-- Ive got a Daimler 3.6 , 1989, Jet Black, Grey Leather.
I'm in New Zealand, the Jag/Daimler is a Singapore Import.
Got her cheap -- but she has a far few problems (as well as body/panel dents)
I've got her on a set of pepperpots (late copy's of the xj6 s-3 wheels)
Also have got rid of the brake system and gone back to a Vacuum booster set up.
Stuff/parts done so far -- pepperpots wheel (15'), Vacuum booster, new front brake disk rotors, new pads all around, rear control arm to hub Bearings, Left hand front and rear wheel bearings, new top shock rubber (l/h) rear door locking Actulators, fit earth on "E" piller lights, Spiced wiring for the lights in the headrests.
(pics are where I forst got her)
Have found getting parts -- hard-- as the parts dealers consider this to be an old car and don't stock many parts for them now !
Hoping that there will PPl on this forum that can help me solve some of the other problem on this old girl that have got me stomped.
will post them later.
Cheers
