Newbi from Denmark - PCB73
Hey there
So it finally happened. I grew up, some might say and am about to change over from the world of Aircooled V-dubs to a XJC 4.2 from 1977 / Km. 60xxx Kms ?? .
My name is Peter Brauner , 47 from Copenhagen - Denmark.
The car is a no to big of a project as its already been disassembled and panel work been done.
Seats are at the upholstery shop for new Bisquit Leather and its has original Alloy wheels.
It does however need a full respray so expect questions regarding RAL codes, claering up questions after having stalked the internet ( and this forum too ) for answer for long enough.
I've had a dozen Volkswagens , Mercs sedans & Coupes, Porsche 912, and some other classic cars but first time working my way up to a JAG ) Very happy about this one.
A well maintained Jaguar , serviced by the Jag mechanic who worked at the shop here for 30 plus years who happens to be the seller. Very stoked ..
As i get into the project and i get pictures taken ill be doing up the " my garage " thing ..
Thanks
Peter

Welcome to the forums Peter,
Good to have you with us. I always thought the XJC was the best of the XJ's but could never quite stretch to one when they were current and always had to settle for the saloons.
I can see you've already found your way to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum with a paint question so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the Europe Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/europe-42/ to find other members in your region.
Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
Enjoy the forums.
