Hey all whats going on,

Just dropping bye to say hello I'm new to the forum. Just purchased my 2004 jaguar x-type 3.0 acouple weeks ago. Love the car. I live in Rochester NY so I was looking for something with AWD for the winter. This car kicks butt in the snow. Before the Jag i had a 2005 chrylser 300 and its just not a comparison. The only issue ive had so far was the window regulator burnt out on my and theres a slight flapping noise when you travel over 50 mph. Any ideas? thanks again everyone

Welcome and congrats, hit up the X type FAQ and definately do a search of the transfer case fluid change. As for your flapping noise at speed. If you still have the transfer case snorkle and it is loose I'd guess it could make a little racket. Otherwise check for any plastic loose down there.

Welcome to the forum Red, as regards the flapping noise over 50 mph. Take the kids down from the roof rack. (always helps). LOL

Good to have you with us.
