Newbie researching the F-Type

Not a Jag owner yet, but hopefully soon! Here to research.
My wife and I have been shopping F-Types for a couple of years now. We had always appreciated them, but attending auction for my GT-R at Amelia Island she was able to test drive an R. After that she was hooked. We've been on a quest for the right one. The tricky bit is finding a manual F-Type in a good color, so that limits us to the V6. She enjoyed the V8's power and said that the automatic was less annoying than most, but she would be happier with the manual.
We live in Louisiana and this is our current stable. Both of us enjoy racing, track days and working on our own cars.

Hello, Carl,
If your wife has her heart set on an F-type manual in a certain color, then it would be a Really good idea to either wait till that color comes along or until she changes her mind, as it sounds like it will be HER car! I wish you success in your search, especially in the current automotive economic climate.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
