Default Newly bought Jaguar S Type 3L V6 Manual

Hi just bought a T reg 1999 S Type 3L V6 100k for £540 from car auctions. Spoken to previous owner who says its a fantastic car apart from the niggly ABS/Traction problem which I'm trying to sort out now. Lots of interesting reading here and a great place to find out information.

If not the sensors or looms then could be the ECU.

You can get it refurbed for £105 (inc return postage by special delivery) at this place:

ECU Repair,ABS Repair,Cluster Repair,Bmw,Jaguar,Volvo,Landrover,Vauxhall
07837 934188

If sent to them they can refurb and return to you next day.

Good luck!

Welcome to the forum Chris,

You can't go far wrong at that price!

Follow this link S-Type / S type R Supercharged V8 - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the S-Type section for help, advice and information. If you're new to this model, the 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the UK Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-68/ to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forum.
