Default Returning to the fold..

Hi,
I'm an English guy who emigrated to Perth, Australia in 2005.
Back in England, I owned XJSs - pre and post HE V12s, 4.0 manual convertible, XJR-S, and my pride and joy -a heavily modified XJS-C with manual V12, Hyper manifold+exhaust, much suspension work and an XJR-S interior.
Used to use the XJS-C as a daily driver and track car.
When I came to Aus, I discovered that Jag prices are... special!
I've just purchased a 2010 XKR, beautiful condition, and a mere $100k.
Worth it though, loving every minute back in a Jag!

Welcome to the forum RobB,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

They cost a lot more over there but don't rust - has to be worth it!

I can see you have already found your way to the XK/XKR tech forum so there's no need fort a link to it from me.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

To put it into perspective, in England, in 2002, I paid 4,000 GBP for an early 90's XJR-S with 1 lady owner and and full main dealer service history. Over here, you really have to *want* one..

Sounds like a bargain but I doubt I could get that combination past my wife.
