Searching for my first Jaguar; XJL Portfolio AWD
I had finally decided that my 2011 Lexus GS350 felt annoyingly cramped, and started looking at LS460's when I stumbled over a photo of an XJL, and fell in love.
Drove one, and was not disappointed. Now I'm searching for the right car and the right deal.
I'm usually into bargains, and have been looking at higher-mileage cars as I would usually do, but I do not know if that's a wise idea in this case. I'm planning on posting a thread to ask that question (after I do my DD by searching, of course ).

Welcome to the forums cooldog,
Good to have you with us. Many of our US members set great store by low mileage. I've never been too concerned about high mileage on a Jaguar provided it is backed up with comprehensive service and repair records. These cars don't take kindly to neglect.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums and thes search for your Jaguar.

Thanks for the welcome, gentlemen.
I've upsold myself after reading through the various threads on the subject, and found a CPO 2017 XJL Portfolio with a warranty that would run through 2/2024. That's comforting.
Waiting to hear what price they'll offer me, and if they move a bit, the wife and I will head out tomorrow to pick it up. Fingers crossed for a decent discount
