Power the seat back as far as it will go then power the front of the seat as high as it will go. The module is only held on by 2 X 10mm bolts.
If you can do the above you should be able to swap the modules.
Worth checking the tiny leaf switch is lined up at the inside back of the runner and is not fouled .
