Hello and Welcome.

There's a couple of things you'll need to ask about, first is the timing chain tensioners, that year had plastic that caused issues, later replaced with metal ones, ask if this has been carried out - if not it'll need doing, either by yourself and saving a bundle or local Jag specialist if you have one, factor in around $500-1k for uppers.
There's things like early car's having issues with waterpumps but a 2000 car might be clear of this.
Superb if right, expensive if not.

Welcome. All you need to know is that you can hit 150mph on 495 north from the I90 connection, make it quick though, you have about 6 miles to do it.
