Smile Soon to be XJS owner.

just joined this forum. I figure i better get a heads up before i buy one.
ive been DDing my project car that i just finished. 98 pontiac grand prix. its a supercharged L67 engine swap w/ 2.93 gears and 10psi on an oldschool ported and polished Gen III eaton m90.

my next project car is gonna be a pre-facelift XJS. I wanna make it fast off the bat so my plan is to start off with a couple of smaller, low pressure turbos feeding each bank. im thinking of going with a Flathead pre H.E. V12 for the lower compression. then im thinking Twin Carb's and a T56 trans.

if anyone has any advice on which model year XJS i should stay away from, then i would love to hear it. any advice on the TT project would be helpful.
also if anyone wants to talk Wbodies with me (grand prix, bonneville, lesabre, monte carlo etc.) then i would love to hear from you as well. i also know quite a bit about the M90 scene so if any XJR owners wanna chat then im all ears.

Welcome M90, you certainly are ambitious but at least you've picked a stylish car!

thanks Jamey. anyone could make a Twin Turbo subaru or an MX5, but honestly, you could never look as awesome, or sound as good, as you would in a Force Fed cat.
