Sorry 4 the late introduction
Been a quiet observer for @ 4+ months, my apologies for the late introduction. I'm Adam and this is my 2002 XKR-100 Sadie, who's currently @ a touch above 36,500. I live in Las Vegas, NV and this car definitely belongs here in Sin City! She is in amazing condition, runs extremely well (when common persistent xkr issues aren't present, i.e. tps 0121, air fuel mixture issues resulting from previous, gas tank float not reading, etc.)! She's got a few enhancements; I installed mina galleries full intake kit and tube as well as their upgraded supercharger pulley, cut out the mufflers and the resonators and kept the collector so almost a full cat-back straight pipe job with enlarged tips to fill in the factory cut outs. Swapped out the Montreal Oyster BBS wheels for these 20" Cuve 10 stars that I couldn't pass up for the price, although I think they make her look a bitore like a different more expensive brittish sports car ( 007's usual choice...). Wrapped those in Nitto 255/35zr20's up front and 285/30zr20's in the rear. Swapped out the battery with a 49plt agm dry battery with 900 cca and 1000 ca. All side and rear windows are tinted w/30 tint film. Currently working through the tps issue, got a spare throttle body and tps & wiring harness that has the replacement gold pins if the 2 spare tps' don't work I'll try the spare throttle body I have next, so hoping one of these changes will solve the issue, and the air/fuel mixture issue as well. The next 3 things on my list for her is 1.) Chipped and dynamic tuned 2.) Wheel spacers and lowering springs to fill those ridiculously oversized rear wheel wells, and 3.) Aftermarket deck, amp and speakers. Recently met a cool cat out here who's got a cpl jags, one being a xjr-100, that I sold my Montreals to and got me into our small little jaguar club of las vegas. Looking forward to hearing from any of you out there with any comments, tips, suggestions etc and if you're in Vegas it's hard to miss the thrash metal blaring & grandiose growling savage senorita Sadie.

Welcome to the forums Adam,
No registration plates front or rear - that's one way to avoiding speeding tickets.
I'm sure you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-western-38/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham

Thanks all, appreciate it!
I have gotten a lot of good information and ideas already from the last 6 months of silently scanning the threads and stickies. I'm getting close to finishing all the things I'd like to upgrade on her and then getting her fully registered and legal here in NV. It's been a process, working through the final stages of the TPS problem hoping to have that fixed and a non issue by the end of the weekend, but I love these beautiful beasts. Brittish sports cars are in my blood and lineage, and aside from being able to find and purchase my dad's 1954 Austin Healey 100-4 BN1, a real d-type or xj-220 jaguar, this XKR-100 is everything I want in a sports car, just right all around
