Default Suspension

I have a 2005 jaguar xj8L one of my air suspension is not working right so it gives me fault suspension. I was looking in to changing my air suspension to spring coils suspension like my Cadillac has. After installing them what do I have to do so the fault suspension light don't come on. Do I have to take to some one that can get in to the computer and let it know that it no longer has air suspension?
