I'm the owner of a 1992 Jaguar XJ40 4.0, not without it's issues but overall a rather clean vehicle.

I'll be posting on here from time to time about it's problems and joys and sharing my knowledge.

I can see you've already found your way to the XJ40 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I've been a little busy with work lately, so I haven't even had a chance to drive the Jaguar. Now it's the weekend, conditions look much more permissive.

There seems to be lots of XJ40's still around in Sydney, but I don't see too many owners posting on here. Oh well.
