Default Tally-ho the SVR

Well hello folks!
Was looking to purchase a C-8 (always a GM performance aficionado) and then I decided to take a gander at an F-Type and that manifested into it's really an awesome automobile, and then after lurking here it was tally-ho the SVR! My hunt took me to Texas and this one owner beauty, and I love it

Good to be here Graham!
Thank you for the info on setting up the avatar and signature.

The SVR is only the second non North American car I have ever owned, the previous car was a Fiat in 1984......Don't ask LOL
In any event I have a good feeling this Jaguar is going to keep me smiling for a good while, plus I'm sure my grandfather who was from Sheffield is smiling down on his grandson driving a hoonigan built at Castle Bromwich.

Thank you, did you see it while it was for sale? Or did you know the previous owner? The car was owned in Bossier Parrish.

Default Red SVR in Fort Worth

I test drove it when my wife and I were visiting Fort Worth. It had everything I wanted except the carbon fiber exterior package, so I kept shopping.

I really wanted a blue one or a red one!

Park Place was excellent to work with, our salesperson was Cierra and I've already recommended her to my relatives in the DFW area. I was originally looking for British Racing Green, and then when I saw the way the Caldera Red pop that was my color.

The Velocity Blue you have is badass!! That's a great looking car!! I've had some very nice, stupid fast cars through the years, but nothing turns heads like these F-Types do.

I think you made a good choice on the red one! I agree with the F Type turning heads. Pulled into a gas station on I20 with 6 Ferrari’s, a McLaren, and a Bentley and the F Type got lots of attention and pics taken!
