Welcome to the forums Jorram,
My XK has the same useless Tyre Repair Kit and no spare. There is a 19 inch 'space saver' spare wheel and Toolcase tray listed in the parts catalogue for the F-Type but I recommend you ask the question of F-Type owning members. I suspect suitability may be limited by coupe/convertible and also depend on the wheels fitted to your vehicle.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
